Les Marches

If you get to the 16th arrondissement of Paris, there is a small restaurant there that I would call “local”.

This is an address of Parisians, of locals.

This restaurant is called Les Marches because it is located a few meters up the stairs leading to the high side of the adjacent street (the 16th arrondissement is slightly hilly).

It is a restaurant that is part of the “Les Routiers” network, a label granted to hundreds of restaurants across France and meeting the criteria expected by “the truckers”: good and cheap!

You can therefore be sure to have arrived in a bistro where you eat well and where you will not leave there robbed!

The restaurant is called Les Marches as it is located a few meters up the stairs leading to the high side of the adjacent street (the 16th arrondissement is slightly hilly).

In addition, it is still a few steps from the Eiffel Tower (once you have crossed the Debilly footbridge on foot) and right next to the Museum of Modern Art, the Palais de Tokyo.

For the record: if you take the Passerelle Debilly to cross the Seine, between the Eiffel Tower and the restaurant Les Marches you will pass by the esplanade "David Ben Gurion") 😊

The last time I went, I had an artichoke as a starter, as in the photo. I don't remember the main course but I remember it was very very good and yes! I also forgot: the kitchen is "all" butter in this restaurant!
